Overall, the entire QCW region transitions from winter’s leftovers to a quick burst of spring. The first part of the week is cold and breezy, but once we hit midweek, temperatures climb fast and the sunshine returns. Thursday and Friday bring the warmest stretch we’ve seen in a while — a real taste of early spring. The weekend cools off again, but stays mostly quiet, with only a low-end chance of a light shower late Sunday. It’s a week that starts rough but ends on a much brighter note.
Each pin on the map represents the county seat of each county that is covered by QCW. We provide weather coverage for the counties of Putnam, Schuyler, Scotland, Clark, Adair, Knox and Lewis in Missouri. In Iowa we provide weather coverage to the counties of Appanoose, Davis, Van Buren, and Lee.
